They Write Letters
D. Scott Williams of Fairbanks writes to the editors of the Fairbanks News-Miner:
To the editor:
All Alaskans, after four decades of outdated conservative politics, self-interest and questionable ethics, now have a qualified and energetic candidate for United States Senate — Mark Begich.
Begich represents the “new era” of Alaska and Alaskans with new ideas, creativity and a drive to solve problems in the Last Frontier.
There is something for every Alaskan no matter what your political leaning might be.
The state of Alaska and more importantly, Washington, D.C., has changed dramatically, and we need new representation that truly speaks for all Alaskans.
I have been impressed with Begich’s stands on energy, ethics, education and the environment. Please join with me and vote for Mark Begich for U.S. Senate and let us give the incumbent who has worked for Alaska for so long, a well-earned rest.
